ISI Demolition is proud to support the transformation of the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp’s Mid-Atlantic campus with careful, coordinated demolition services. This multi-facility project is part of Phase 1 renovations led by Clark Construction, preparing the site for a new chapter of healing and joy.
About the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp
Founded by Paul Newman in 1988, the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp is a nonprofit organization that provides “a different kind of healing” to children with serious illnesses and their families. Through year-round programs and camp experiences—always free of charge—the Camp fosters hope, joy, and community for kids who need it most.
Our Role in the Mid-Atlantic Expansion
With work spanning the River House, Cottage, Inn, Generator Building, Stables Apartments, and Carriage House (Infirmary), our team performed comprehensive interior and structural demolition. Highlights included:
- Removal of walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, and fixtures
- Safe dismantling of sprinkler, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Demolition of concrete slabs to allow for new underground plumbing
- Removal of exterior elements like stairs, landings, and porticos
- Dust control, debris management, and jobsite protection
- Onsite cleanup, dumpster service, and materials recycling
As always, ISI coordinated closely with other subcontractors to meet schedule milestones, maintain safety standards, and ensure clean handoffs for the next phase of construction.
